Can't log in? No sweat, Here are some common confusions that happen with logins:
For the membership login to work, the user must have cookies enabled in their browser settings. You can also try in a different browser to see if the same happens.
If you have tried this in a browser with all cookies enabled and it did not work, please get back to us at your earliest convenience with the following in your response:

You can use a free tool like Loom to record your screen. It will provide a direct link to your video that you can copy and paste in your ticket response so our team can take a look.

Have you received this error message: "This Kartra account is not active" ?
If you are having difficulty logging in or you cannot remember your password, you can reset it.
Please Note: The email should be in your inbox within a few minutes. If you do not see it, please check your spam and/or promotion folders. Make sure to mark notifications@kartra.com as safe to help ensure you receive all account-related notifications and emails.

For quick and easy service, we recommend using the Cancel option in your account’s Billing area. However, our team is happy to assist you if you prefer to request cancellation in a ticket instead.
A request for us to cancel your subscription on your behalf for any Genesis Digital application must be submitted to the support team at least 10 days prior to the next invoice date.
